2. Click on Return Product: Select the item you wish to return and click on the "Return Product" button.

3. Obtain RMA Number: Follow the process to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your original order invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refund Process:

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
